EASY PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE SWIRLED FUDGE
(Adapted from Food Network)
Ingredients:
270g smooth peanut butter
250g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
450g icing sugar
One packet dark chocolate chips (or any other flavour you fancy throwing in)
Method:
1) Line a brownie tin with foil, then melt together the peanut butter and butter over a gentle heat in a saucepan. leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the finished fudge out. Once smooth, stir in the vanilla, then tip in the icing sugar and mix until combined.
2) While the fudge is still warm, throw in your chocolate chips and stir - they'll melt slightly, creating a slight rippled effect. Press the fudge into the tin, ensuring a smooth surface, then place in the fridge for two hours, until set. Remove from the fridge and cut into squares.
