Saintly Tuesdays - Dark Chocolate Coconut Protein Bars

I hate the protein bars you buy in shops. Take one look at the ingredients and, generally, they are overloaded with rubbish and added extras you need a Chemistry degree to understand.

The simple fact of the matter is - homemade protein bars are a GAZILLION times better. Not only do they taste yummier (no artificial ingredients here!), but you can also guarantee that they are much, much healthier.

These Dark Chocolate Coconut Protein Bars are bursting with flavour and are so tasty that I couldn't help but eat half of the raw batter. Made with tastes and oats, then sweetened with honey, they are a fantastic post-workout treat that I have come to make week in, week out.

Homemade Protein Bars Recipe

If you do spend a fortune on shop-bought protein bars, then try these. You will never go back.
