Anyway, rich, fudgy and extremely chocolatey, this Chocolate Avocado Protein Mousse is a pretty decadent pud without any of the "bad" calories. In fact, it's packed with healthy, skin-boosting fats (avocado) and anti-oxidants (cocoa).
So, next time you need a chocolatey hit, you have no excuses - stick to the diet and whip up this beauty!

CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PROTEIN MOUSSE
Ingredients:
(Makes 2)
1 soft, ripe avocado2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
3 tsp honey
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1) Mash together the avocado and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.2) Using a separate bowl, stir together the protein powder, cocoa, honey and salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the avocado, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth.
3) Tip the mixture into ramekins and place in the fridge to chill for at least one hour. Enjoy!
