Fabulous Fashions - Tickled Pink

I know, I know, it's only July, but, my fellow fashionistas, it's time to start embracing the pre-Autumn collections.

Oh yes.

We may be basking in the summer sunshine, but the shops are already starting to unveil their next season trends.

Top of the A/W13 catwalk was the designers' love for all things pink and beautiful. In shades of baby, rose and dusk, this is the colour to be seen in next season - there's no escaping it.

Toss aside all notions of TOWIE and Barbie though, for this look is all about refined, ladylike elegance. Simply channel Jackie O in her pink Chanel suits and you're already half-way there.

So, where to start? Make like a Celine model by throwing on a dusky pink coat (and who are we to argue with Queen of Cool Phoebe Philo?) to lift your everyday wardrobe, or simply pick up a rosy cami and loosely tuck into cigarette pants for a modern-day twist.

If pink isn't your think, then dip your toe into the trend with a pair of pastel sunnies - the River Island ones below are an utter bargain - a pretty satchel, or with a pair of glamorous nude courts.
