Merry Christmas to all our wonderful readers! Can you believe that we're almost at the end of 2015? Babies, new relationships, glorious holidays, exciting new work opportunities...so much has happened in the last year that I can hardly believe it's almost over.
Anyway, serving up (perhaps) my last healthy recipe of the year is this deliciously healthy festive treat - my Super Creamy vegan Eggnog Smoothie. Perfect for enjoying on Christmas morning (or on any day, for that matter), this smoothie combines some of my favourite festive spices and flavours for one delicious drink.

SUPER CREAMY EGGNOG SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 1/4 cup almond milk
Handful pecans
1 tsp Coconom coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Stevia
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp Lucy Bee cinnamon
Method:
1) Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Top with a sprinkling of extra cinnamon and serve with cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
