5 Minute Protein Mug Cake Recipes

Sometimes, you want something to eat - something healthy - but you just don't have the time.

Or the inclination, perhaps. You know, on those lazy, long, January days where everything just seems to drag...

These two 5 Minute Protein Mug Cake recipes are my go-to for those lazy days. Not only are they both Paleo-friendly  packed full of protein and also gluten-free, but they just so happensto take less than five minutes to whip up and cook - now, really, who hasn't got the time for that?

While it may not look the prettiest creation on earth, I guarantee that my Cinnamon Apple Protein Mug Cake is ridiculously tasty and you'll come back to this recipe again and again and again. And if Cinnamon Apple isn't your thing, then you could always give my Molten Chocolate Protein Mugcake a go instead. You know you want to, right?
