Everyone who knows me will know that I simply canon get through the afternoon without a healthy treat (or two) of some kind.
My head smacks the wall, my eyes start to droop and my face usually ends up planted on my keyboard. You see, it's not a good idea.
While I love baking my own homemade snacks, it's always brilliant to have a stack of delicious goodies in the cupboard or in my handbag, just incase. So you can imagine how thrilled I was when the lovely people at Bounce offered to send me some of their delicious natural energy balls to try out.
Look - an entire rainbow of treats!
With six different snacks in their range (Peanut Protein, Coconut & Macadamia Protein, Spirulina & Ginseng, Almond Protein, Cashew & Pecan, and Fudgie Walnut), you really are spoiled for choice when it comes to Bounce.
Tasty, energising and nutrient-dense, I cannot recommend Bounce highly enough. If you need fuel to get you through the afternoon, these are your guys.
Honestly, whatever your nutritional needs (whether it be a protein boost, a hunger-fixer, or an energy lift), Bounce balls have you covered. Every single flavour is deliciously moreish. In fact, I get properly cross if hubby ever dares to steal one from my supply!
Formed from a blend of macadamias, cashews and whey protein, these little treats are beyond delicious. They are so tasty that I have no idea how they can possibly be good for you! However, good for you, they are. They send my energy levels soaring, contain plenty of fibre and are also high in protein (9g per Ball). What's not to love?
Bounce balls cost £17.95 for a pack of 12 and are available to buy online, or in Holland and Barrett and Waitrose. Go, go, go!
