I am always, always on the lookout for super-fast breakfast ideas that are as delicious as they are nutritious.
This Creamy Mixed Berry & Oat Super Smoothie is not only unbelievably fast to whip up (all you need is a food processor and, ping!, breakfast is served in less than 2 minutes), but also incredibly healthy and filling.
Packed with banana, mixed berries and protein-boosting Total Greek yoghurt, this is wonderfully creamy and fruity. However, the added extras of coconut oil (come on, you all know how much I love this superfood by now) my skin saviour food Chia, and nutritious oats also make this breakfast treat a fantastic energy booster too.

CREAMY MIXED BERRY & OAT SUPER SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
One large banana
250g mixed frozen berries
100ml unsweetened almond or coconut milk
300g Total Greek Yoghurt (I use 2%)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted (Lucy Bee is by far the best)
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp oats
Method:
1) Blitz together all of the ingredients in a food processor, until the consistency you desire. Store in the fridge until ready to serve and enjoy!
