Luxurious, Organic Beauty With Willow Organic

I don't know about you but, come Autumn, I always want to refresh my skincare regime. In the summer, I rely on light, gentle moisturisers, and even lighter make-up. But with the cooler weather and the harsher winds, I always want to find something a bit richer, a bit more of an intensive treatment if you like.

Willow Organic was a brand I had wanted to test for months and months. I had read endless, countless reviews from natural beauty bloggers (such as this one from Vintage and Vampires), praising the luxe feel of the products, the quality of the ingredients and the fantastic results.

The company is about as natural and organic as they get. Soil Association certified, they were founded in2006 by a lovely lady called Sue Stowell. Taking inspiration from her surroundings in the beautiful New Forest, she developed a range full of quality, natural and beautiful ingredients to nourish your skin right to its very core, leaving it radiant and glowing.

Sounds great, doesn't it? And, honestly, it is! Plus, the packaging is so pretty it hurts. I mean, look at this:

I almost didn't want to open it.

However, my curiosity got the better of me, and I did. Within minutes.

The company kindly sent me two of their best-selling products, the Hydrating Gel Super Mask and the Advanced Intense Repair Cream, to try, and I leapt straight in the bath, mask plastered to my face, that same evening.

The gel mask smells deliciously of Turkish Delight and is the perfect treat to soothe and pep up skin ravaged by the colder months. Using a combination of Barbary Fig oil, detoxifying Burdock Root, anti-inflammatory Marigold essence, regenerative Marshmallow Root, soothing Rose & revitalising Orange Blossom essence, it works to help firm and smooth the skin.

I washed this off after ten minutes and the results were visible straight away. My skin looked youthful and dewy, and plumped up almost. Everything felt silky soft to touch, with the effects lasting well into the next day. Aimed at most skin types, I couldn't recommend this super skin food more.

Onto the Advanced Intense Repair Cream and, well, it's a similar story.

Usually I give beauty products such as this a few weeks or even months to test before I review them, but it wasn't necessary here. The results were instant, and it was love at first use.

Suitable for all skin types, this cream works to restore and renew the skin's vitality, plumping out fine lines and smoothing everything out in the process.

Using the brand's miracle Barbary Fig Oil, combined with Chickweed extract, rose and Orange oils, it also soothes inflammation, repairs tissue and revitalises the face.

This amazing cream is suitable for all skin types and can be used either as a day moisturiser, or as a night treatment to rejuvenate the skin.

It was ultra nourishing and luxurious, without leaving my combination skin feeling clogged up or oily. In fact, it seemed to be perfect for my face, and left me with that wonderful, "I've had 100 hours of sleep" kind of skin. Yep, it was that good.

Anyone who loves luxe skincare will adore Willow Organic - just take a peek at the amazing array of products they have on offer! Next on my wish list? One of the divine sounding candles...
